McKenzie attended MSB as a player from 6th grade through college. McKenzie has been an instructor with MSB since 2015. Graduated from Lakeville North High School in 2012, four-year varsity letter winner and team captain Senior year. Helped the Panthers to three straight conference championships. Received All-Conference Honorable Mention for her efforts during her Junior and Senior campaigns. Continued on to playing Division I basketball at Northern Illinois University. As a Freshman played in 28 games, starting in 10. Netted 70 points, hauled 63 rebounds while registering seven blocks and thirteen steels. Moved forward to playing at Mankato State University, where she graduated in 2017 with a degree in Elementary Education. McKenzie is currently a 1st grade teacher at Success Academy in Bloomington.
