Will is the Head Instructor at the Apple Valley location - he has been instructing with MSB since 2011. Will graduated from Rosemount High School in 2003 where he went onto college at University of St. Scholastica (Graduated 2007). At St. Scholastica Will played point guard along with many other positions, by the time he graduated Will had started at four of the five positions during his college career. During his college career Will received, All-Division, All-State,  All-Region, and All-State Tournament Team in 2005. In 2006 Will was the UMAC 1st Team All Conference, UMAC Conference All-Defensive Team, and Team MVP. In his final year of college Will received UMAC Conference Player of the Year along with UMAC 1st Team All Conference, UMAC Conference All-Defensive Team, Team Captain/MVP, and named UMAC Player of the Week 4 times (2007).
